One reserve. Many game coins.
ELO is the platform’s coin and its only coin. Every game that lists here brings its own, and every one of those pairs against ELO — so ELO is the road into every economy on this platform and the road back out. This page explains how the money is arranged. No figure on it is typed in: each one is a command you can run, and the commands are at the foot.

ELO is the platform’s only coin
the road in and the road outEvery number on this page is a chain reading, so each one is dark until there is something to read — that is the honest state and not a fault. Where the launch actually stands is read live on the coin's own page, never asserted here. What ELO will be is fixed by the launchpad rather than promised here: a pons launch mints a fixed supply entirely to its own curve, so there is no team unlock and no emission schedule, because there is nothing to emit. What exists is what exists on day one. It flows in freely — fees, entries, bonds, hires, the copy sale’s ELO leg — and it flows out only by a posted transfer or a published claim, never by minting.
That is also why it can be the reserve. Every game coin on the platform prices against ELO, so a price for any of them exists only because an ELO pool does.

A game’s coin belongs to the game
A listed title brings its own coin and decides its shape. It is the game’s coin and not the platform’s — we do not mint it and we do not hold its supply. The platform has the one coin above and no other, however many titles list here.
The previous generation’s game coins are retired: nothing further is built on them and no game pays them. Retired is a statement about the plan and never about the chain — their contracts and pools are deployed and permanent, so anyone still holding one gets out the same way they got in. Which addresses exist is on the on-chain map; what is open right now is on the pools page, which shelves the two generations apart.
A game decides the shape of its own coin — how many, capped or elastic, what mints it, what retires it. One rule binds all of them: a game coin pairs against ELO on canonical Uniswap v3 and nowhere else. That single constraint is what makes any two economies on the platform reachable from each other.
Gates runs the pattern the house recommends — one elastic working coin the game mints, one capped coin it never mints. Copy that if it fits your game; nobody is held to it.
A lister needs no capital
You do not fund the liquidity, at either end. Your coin opens on a launch curve that holds it and quotes it in ELO with no ELO in it at all — anyone can buy from the curve, and sell back to it from the first trade. At a posted threshold the curve closes and mints the pool. Every copy sold after that deepens that same position. The people who wanted the game are the ones who funded its depth.
That also settles the buyer’s side. A buyer gets the game’s coin at the sale price along with the copy, so changing your mind means selling the coin — that is the whole of it. There is no refund window and no escrow, and you keep the copy either way. Selling the coin never takes the game back.

Every coin reaches every other coin
there is no conversion cliff — read this before you plan around oneThis is the fact people get wrong most often, so it is stated plainly: the reserve is one swap from every coin on the platform, and any two game coins are two. No coin is out of reach of a holder who started with a different one, and nothing has to be routed further than that.

What the platform guarantees
The pairing rule, and only that: every game coin trades against the reserve on canonical v3 and nowhere else. So the reserve reaches everything in one swap, and any two coins from different titles are reachable in two with the reserve in the middle. A game may open further pools of its own — that is the game’s choice and never a platform promise, so read what is open rather than assuming it.
Which pools exist is a read, in either direction — the first command lists every pool that is actually open, the second prints the pairs the launch seeded. The pools page renders the same read and keeps the previous generation on its own shelf, so a retired pair is never counted as the reserve’s.

Fees, and why depth beats a burn at this size
the short version of a long argumentA fixed-supply coin needs no sink. Burning is monetary policy only when there is emission to offset it. ELO is never minted again, so burning ELO is not policy — it is a distribution, and arithmetically it is the same as paying every holder pro rata: dormant wallets, exchanges and people who have never touched the product included. It is the least targeted thing you can do with revenue.
At this depth the binding constraint is depth, not supply. A buyback large enough to matter is a large fraction of the entire market walked into a concentrated pool. That is not managing supply; that is being your own bid. So the fee stream goes to protocol-owned liquidity instead — depth is the one thing a fixed-supply coin cannot buy for itself, and it is what makes every other surface here work.
Where a burn is still clean: an elastic coin. A game coin that play mints has to be retired by something, and a game-coin sink destroys it outright rather than selling it into a pool. Those are different acts with different beneficiaries, and the choice belongs to the game.

How a game pays you
the games are going ledgerlessThis is the shape every listed game is expected to settle in. A game takes a real coin from your own wallet at the door and sends a real coin back to it when you win. Nothing accrues in between. There is no balance the house is holding for you, which means there is nothing to withdraw and nothing to be stuck in if this operator walks away.
What that buys you is the difference between a transfer and a promise. A payout is a transaction anyone can see, throttled by a cap that lives on chain rather than in our code — instead of a number on our server that you have to take our word for.
In Gates, scrap is at risk
Scrap you pick up in-world is not a balance the house holds. Carry it to an extraction and it is yours; die or fail to get out and it is gone. That is the game, and it is why the payout happens at the door and on the win rather than continuously.
A drop is the other instrument and it is not gameplay: the operator funds a distribution contract, posts a public root, and each eligible wallet proves its own allocation and claims to itself. Which contracts exist and which are armed is on the on-chain map — read it there rather than from a sentence on this page.
Money buys copies, entries, cosmetics and labor here; it never moves a game’s odds or a signed reading. That line, and where it sits, is on about.

“No number right now” is a real
answer here. When a 24-hour window is not yet complete,
/api/pools returns null alongside
window_complete: false rather than a partial
count dressed up as a day. A dash on this site means the read failed or
the window is short. It never means zero.
